We all enjoy the thrill of seeing our products and services being purchased like crazy; however, we also know that these periods don't normally last for long. These periods come in spurts and we all wish that we could prolong those spurts indefinitely.

3. Make your ads look interesting by using attention getting words, highlighting keywords, using color, bold key phrases, underlining, etc. The key here is to have them focus on your ad long enough to see the benefits your product is offering.
4. People like to be in control. Give your visitors a variety of choices so they don't get the feeling of being cornered. Offer them various ways to order, to contact you, refunds etc. Never let them feel as if they don't have choices.
5. Always put yourself in your visitors shoes. Design your site for them, not for yourself. Create your product around their needs not yours.
6. Get free advice from successful online marketers and business owners. Participate in business chat rooms, forums and message boards. These can be invaluable resources to your business success.
7. Use free bonuses to create an urgency for your visitors to buy. These should be offered for only a limited time with your main product.
8. Offer your customers add-on products at the point of purchase. For example, if they are buying an electronic toy try to sell batteries with it. This works everytime.
9. Make your visitors feel good about themselves by complimenting them, or giving them the impression that they are in control. If they feel good about themselves through your site they will also feel good about buying what you're offering.
10. Add additional products or services to your web site to complement your main product. If you're selling business books try to sell business services, courses and supplies too. This will keep your visitor on your site instead of going to a competitor's site.
To maintain a productive and growing business you have to be in a continuous creative mindset. You have to always be on the lookout for new ideas and opportunities to grow your business.
Remember, your competitors are always looking for ways to steal your customers; so unless you devise new ways of getting new customers and of course keeping your present ones, you will not be able to compete in the marketplace.
