As the economic wizards and gurus paint a bleak and dreary picture of the real estate slump, more and more people in the industry are desperately trying to find alternative ways of creating income to maintain their lifestyles.
The news is not good.
While more homeowners are loosing their homes daily, members of the real estate industry are scrambling to close whatever deals they have pending, knowing that it might be a long time before they experience the boom that have been going on for the last few years. Now mind you, hard work is an important component of leading a good life; however, some of the most successful people around will tell you that "working smart" beats out "working hard" most times.
Working hard can become a real "pain in the butt" when you can't seem to make the kind of money that you use to. So what do you do?
Instead of going out there to seek another job, why not get into the network marketing industry? Be your own boss. Create the lifestyle that you desire.
Wouldn't this be a more stable environment for you to use your leadership skills and good work ethics to develop a solid business that will take care of you and your family for the rest of your life? Some of these people might just be upset because they had not applied themselves while they were involved in a mlm or network marketing company, so they try to discredit the industry by painting a gloomy picture of it.
A large percentage of these people who fail at this will never be successful in anything that they do. They do not have the commitment, work ethics or plain guts to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
Not everyone has the mindset to earn a six figure plus income, or to become a leader in their respective fields. Many might tell you that they do, but it takes a certain mindset along with proper planning and implementation of those plans to make it work.
