4. If you have others assisting you in your business, you should strive to train them properly in the initial stages. This will avoid you wasting time later to do over things that should have been taken care of by your assistants. Getting yourself organized is very vital to time management.
5. Strive to keep your business organized. You need to keep track of past events in your business, so you will be able to plan for the future. Nothing is more distracting than being bombarded with unexpected inconveniences that could have been avoided. Staying on top of your business activity's flow will save you valuable time in the future.
